Hey everyone and welcome to the first installment, of what will hopefully become a series of newsletters delivered every Sunday. To be frank, I am new to this, and the primary purpose of this newsletter is to debunk common exercise lore, and share what the actual research says and if/how you should implement it. I will try to keep it understandable and easy to implement, while also keeping some deeper literature in there for those who want a deeper dive.
